Meta Layoffs Continue! मेटामध्ये तिसऱ्यांदा होणार नोकर कपात; तब्बल 10 हजार कर्मचाऱ्यांना नोकरीवरून काढून टाकले जाणार
कंपनी आता तिसऱ्यांदा छाटणीची प्रक्रिया सुरू करत आहे. यावेळी सुमारे 10,000 लोकांना कामावरून काढून टाकले जाईल.
फेसबुकच्या मालकीची कंपनी मेटाने बुधवारी आपल्या WhatsApp, Instagram आणि Facebook अशा सर्व प्लॅटफॉर्मवर 10,000 नोकर्या कमी करण्याच्या योजनेचा एक भाग म्हणून, कर्मचारी कपातीची नवीन फेरी सुरू केली. याआधी नोव्हेंबर 2022 मध्ये कंपनीने सुमारे 11,000 कर्मचाऱ्यांना बाहेरचा रस्ता दाखवला होता. कंपनी आता तिसऱ्यांदा छाटणीची प्रक्रिया सुरू करत आहे. यावेळी सुमारे 10,000 लोकांना कामावरून काढून टाकले जाईल. कोरोनाच्या काळात 2020 पासून कंपनीने मोठ्या प्रमाणावर नोकरभरती केली होती. या नियुक्तीनंतर कंपनीतील कर्मचाऱ्यांची संख्या दुपटीने वाढली होती. आता कंपनी मोठ्या प्रमाणावर कर्मचारी कपात करत आहे. लिंक्डइनच्या माध्यमातून कंपनीने कर्मचाऱ्यांना या छाटणीबाबत नव्याने माहिती दिली आहे. मेटासोबत डिस्ने कंपनीही मोठ्या प्रमाणात टाळेबंदीची तयारी करत आहे.
