IND Men's Hockey Team Qualifies for Paris Olympics 2024 Semifinal: भारतीय हॉकी संघाने उपांत्यपूर्व फेरीत दमदार कामगिरी केली आहे. त्याने ग्रेट ब्रिटनचा पराभव करून उपांत्य फेरीत धडक मारली आहे. हा सामना 1-1 असा बरोबरीत सुटला. यानंतर शुटआऊट पाळी आली. यामध्ये भारताने ब्रिटनचा 4-2 असा पराभव केला. भारताकडून हरमनप्रीत सिंग, सुखजित सिंग, ललित कुमार उपाध्याय आणि राज कुमार पाल यांनी प्रत्येकी एक गोल केला. यापूर्वी 2020 टोकियो ऑलिम्पिकमध्येही भारताने उपांत्य फेरी गाठली होती. त्यानंतर भारताने कांस्यपदक जिंकले. यावेळीही टीम इंडियाकडून पदकाच्या अपेक्षा आहेत.
