Water Levels in Mumbai Lakes: मुंबईच्या सात जलाशयांत 97.77% पाणीसाठा; मोडक सागरमध्ये सर्वात कमी साठा
मुंबईला पाणीपुरवठा करणाऱ्या सात जलाशयांत २१ सप्टेंबर रोजी सकाळी सहा वाजता एकूण क्षमतेच्या ९७.७७ टक्के उपयुक्त पाणीसाठा नोंदवला गेला. मोडक सागर तलावात सर्वात कमी, म्हणजे ८६.८८ टक्के साठा आहे.
मुंबईला पाणीपुरवठा करणाऱ्या सात जलाशयांमध्ये सोमवारी (२१ सप्टेंबर) सकाळी सहा वाजता एकूण १४,१५,०७७ दशलक्ष लिटर उपयुक्त पाणीसाठा होता. हे प्रमाण एकूण क्षमतेच्या ९७.७७ टक्के आहे. मुंबई महानगरपालिकेच्या जल अभियंता विभागाच्या भांडुप संकुलातील मुख्य नियंत्रण केंद्राने ही आकडेवारी जाहीर केली आहे.
सर्वाधिक साठा भातसा तलावात आहे. तेथे ७,१३,१९६ दशलक्ष लिटर पाणी असून हे प्रमाण ९९.४६ टक्के आहे. मध्य वैतरणा आणि या दोन तलावांत साठा १०० टक्के आहे.
