Supreme Court Order On MLA Disqualification: महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील आमदार अपात्र प्रकरणात सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने मोठा निर्णय घेतला आहे. सोमवारी सुनावनी दरम्यान विधानसभा अध्यक्ष राहुल नार्वेकरांना खडे बोल सुनावले आहे. शिवसेना आमदार अपात्र प्रकरणात 31 डिसेंबर पर्यंत निर्णय घेण्याचे आदेश सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने विधानसभा अध्यक्षांना दिले आहे. तसेच राष्ट्रवादी कॉंग्रेसमधील आमदार अपात्र प्रकरणात 31 जानेवारी पर्यंत निर्णय घेण्याचे आदेश दिले आहेत.
