बांधकाम सुरु असलेल्या ठिकाणी स्लॅब कोसळल्याप्रकरणी कंत्राटदारावर FIR तर 3 जणांना अटक करण्यात आली आहे. या दुर्घटनेत 5 कामगारांचा स्लॅब कोसळून मृत्यू झाल्याची घटना काल रात्रीच्या सुमारास घडली.

स्टील स्ट्रक्चर कोसळण्याच्या घटनेची चौकशी करण्यासाठी वरिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्याच्या नेतृत्वाखाली समिती स्थापन करण्याचे आदेश देण्यात आले आहेत. प्राथमिकदृष्ट्या संरचनेचा पाया अयशस्वी झाल्याचे दिसते. आम्ही तांत्रिक तज्ञांची मदत घेत आहोत असे पुणे महापालिका आयुक्तांनी म्हटले आहे.
