सुरक्षा रक्षक शाळकरी मुलीचा पाठलाग करत असल्याचा, तिला चूकीच्या पद्धतीने स्पर्श करत असल्याचा आरोप आहे.
मुंबई मध्ये 15 वर्षीय मुलीचा लैंगिक छळ केल्याच्या आरोपाखाली शाळेचा सुरक्षा रक्षकाला अटक करण्यात आली आहे. दरम्यान POCSO Act अंतर्गत कारवाई करताना त्याच्यावर कलम 354A, 354D लावण्यात आले आहेत.
