मुंबईच्या मानखुर्द मध्ये 11 वर्षीय Mentally Challenged मुलीवर बलात्कार झाल्याची घटना समोर आली आहे. या प्रकरणामध्ये 38 वर्षीय आरोपीला पोलिसांनी अटक केली आहे. Munnalal Maniklal Patwa असे आरोपीचे नाव आहे. आरोपी आणि पीडीत मुलगी दोघेही शेजारी होते. जेवणाचं आमिष दाखवून आरोपीने मुलीला घरी नेलं. त्यानंतर त्याने बलात्कार केला. मुंबई पोलिसांनी दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, POCSO act अंतर्गत आरोपी विरोधात गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे.
