Mumbai Police: जोगेश्वरी परिसरात ८ वर्षीय मुलीवर बलात्कार, आरोपीला अटक
आरोपी आणि पीडिता एकाच इमारतीमध्ये राहतात. मुलगी आणि आई दोघीच राहतात. मुलीची आई कामाला जाते. त्यामुळे मुलीच्या देखभालीसाठी कोणी नसल्याने ती मुलीला आरोपीच्या घरी सोडत असे.
मुंबई पोलिसांनी जोगेश्वरी परिसरातून एका 53 वर्षीय व्यक्तीला अटक केली आहे. त्याच्यावर आठ वर्षीय अल्पवयीन मुलीवर बलात्कार केल्याचा आरोप आहे. आरोपी आणि पीडिता एकाच इमारतीमध्ये राहतात. मुलगी आणि आई दोघीच राहतात. मुलीची आई कामाला जाते. त्यामुळे मुलीच्या देखभालीसाठी कोणी नसल्याने ती मुलीला आरोपीच्या घरी सोडत असे. आरोपी आणि पीडिता व आई यांच्यात कौटुंबीक संबंध होते. दरम्यान, मोठ्या विश्वासाने ती मुलीला त्याच्याकडे सडून जात होती. मात्र, कुंपणानेच शेत खाल्ल्याचा धक्कादायक प्रकार पुढे आला आहे.
एके दिवशी पीडितेने आईला घडला प्रकार सांगितला. त्यानंतर आईने पोलिसांत जाऊन तक्रार दिली. पीडितेच्या आईने दिलेल्या तक्रारीवरुन पोलिसांनी आरोपी विरोधात आयपीसी आणि पॉक्सो कायद्याच्या कलम 376 नुसार गुन्हा दाखल केला आहे. आरोपीला ताब्यात घेण्यात आले आहे.
