मुंबई उच्च न्यायलया मधील न्यायमूर्ती रेवती मोहिते डेरे यांनी महाराष्ट्राचे माजी गृहमंत्री अनिल देशमुख यांनी भ्रष्टाचार प्रकरणी CBI कडे कोठडी देण्याची परवानगी देणाऱ्या दोन विशेष न्यायालयांच्या आदेशाला आव्हान देणाऱ्या याचिकेवर सुनावणी घेण्यापासून माघार घेतली.
