उद्धव ठाकरे आणि त्यांच्या कुटुंबाच्या मालमत्तेची ईडी, सीबीआय कडून चौकशी व्हावी म्हणून अशी मागणी देखील याचिकेमध्ये करण्यात आली आहे.
माजी मुख्यमंत्री Uddhav Thackeray यांच्या सह त्यांच्या पत्नी रश्मी ठाकरे आणि मुलं आदित्य ठाकरे व तेजस ठाकरे यांच्याविरूद्ध अवैध मालमत्ता प्रकरणी Bombay High Court मध्ये याचिका दाखल करण्यात आली आहे. त्यांच्या मालमत्तेची ईडी, सीबीआय कडून चौकशी व्हावी म्हणून अशी मागणी देखील याचिकेमध्ये करण्यात आली आहे. आज या प्रकरणी मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयात चौकशी होणार आहे.
