Jaya Shetty Murder Case: 2001 च्या जया शेट्टी खून प्रकरणामध्ये मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाकडून Gangster Chhota Rajan ला जामीन मंजूर
विशेष सीबीआय न्यायालयाने जया शेट्टी खून प्रकरणात दोषी ठरवलेल्या छोट्या राजनला मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने जामीन दिला आहे.
2001 च्या जया शेट्टी खून प्रकरणामध्ये मुंबईतील विशेष सीबीआय न्यायालयाने Gangster Chhota Rajan ला दोषी ठरवत जन्मठेपेची शिक्षा सुनावण्यात आली होती पण आता त्याला या प्रकरणामध्ये मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाकडून जामीन देण्यात आला आहे. न्यायमूर्ती रेवती मोहिते डेरे आणि न्यायमूर्ती पृथ्वीराज चव्हाण यांच्या खंडपीठाने त्यांना एक लाख रुपयांच्या जातमुचलक्यावर जामीन मंजूर केला आहे. दक्षिण मुंबईतील 'गोल्डन क्राउन' हॉटेलचा जया शेट्टी मालक होता.
