डोंबिवली मध्ये MIDC भागातील एका फॅक्टरी मध्ये बॉयलरचा स्फोट झाल्याने आग भडकल्याचा प्रकार समोर आला आहे. या स्फोटामुळे आजुबाजूचा 3-4 किमीचा भाग हादरला असून परिसरातील अनेक इमारतींच्या काचा फुटल्या आहे. यामध्ये 5-6 कर्मचारी जखमी झाल्याची माहिती समोर आली आहे. या स्फोटानंतर आजूबाजूच्या भागातही धुराचे लोट पसरले आहेत. ही घटना दुपारी 1.40 च्या सुमारीची आहे. सध्या घटनास्थळी अग्निशमन दलाच्या पाच गाड्या दाखल झाल्या असून आग विझवण्याचे काम सुरु आहे.
