मिहिर शाह गाडी चालवत असताना अपघात झाल्याची कबुली त्याने पोलिस चौकशीत दिली आहे.
वरळी मध्ये बीएमडब्लू हिट अॅन्ड रन प्रकरणामध्ये मुंबई कोर्टाने ड्रायव्हर Rajrishi Bidawat ला 14 दिवसांची न्यायालयीन कोठडी सुनावली आहे. दरम्यान काल पोलिसांनी घडला अपघात पुन्हा रिक्रिएट केला होता. त्यानंतर मिहीर शाह याने गुन्ह्याची कबुली दिली आहे तसेच अपघातापूर्वी मद्यपान केल्याचंही कबुल केले आहे. मिहिर शाह ने एका दुचाकीला धडक देत त्यावरून पडलेल्या महिलेला काही मीटर फरफटत नेल्याने तिचा मृत्यू झाला आहे.
