आज (28 डिसेंबर) Congress पक्षाचा 137th Foundation Day आहे. यानिमित्त ध्वजारोहणाच्या वेळेस चक्क झेंडाच खाली पडला. त्यामुळे कॉंग्रेसच्या Sonia Gandhi देखिल काही काळ स्तब्ध राहिल्या होत्या. हंगामी अध्यक्षांच्या हस्ते ध्वजारोहणाच्या वेळेस फजितीचा प्रसंग घडल्याने कार्यकर्त्यांचीही धावपळ झाली. शेवटी हातातच झेंडा फडकवून वेळ मारून नेण्यात आली.
