अमृतपाल हा पोलिसांना अनेक गुन्ह्यांमध्ये वाँटेड असल्याचे पोस्टर्समध्ये लिहण्यात आले आहे.
पंजाबमधील गुरुदासपूर जिल्ह्यातील बटाला रेल्वे स्थानकावर रेल्वे पोलिसांनी फरारी खलिस्तानी फुटीरतावादीला "वॉन्टेड मॅन" म्हणून घोषित करणारे पोस्टर्स लावले. अमृतपाल हा पोलिसांना अनेक गुन्ह्यांमध्ये वाँटेड असल्याचे पोस्टर्समध्ये लिहण्यात आले आहे. अमृतपाल सिंह हा मागिल महिन्यात पंजाब पोलिसांच्या हातावर तुऱ्या देऊन पळ काढला होता.
