SC/ST Act अंतर्गत अनेक निरपराध व्यक्ती खोट्या खटल्यांचा बळी ठरत असल्याचं Kerala High Court च्या निदर्शनास आलं आहे. anticipatory bail वर विचार करताना त्यांनी अनुसूचित जमाती (अत्याचार प्रतिबंधक) कायद्यांतर्गत खटल्यांचे काळजीपूर्वक विश्लेषण करण्याचे आवाहन केले आहे. जस्टिस ए बदरुद्दीन यांनी ही बाब निदर्शनास आणून दिली आहे. सोबतच हा प्रकार काळजी वाढवणारा असल्याचं म्हटलं आहे.
