Goa मध्ये 31 डिसेंबरच्या कार्यक्रमांमध्ये सहभागी होण्यासाठी कोविड निगेटिव्ह सर्टिफिकेट किंवा डबल व्हॅक्सिनेशन सर्टिफिकेट बंधनकारक असेल असे आज CM Pramod Sawant यांनी सांगितले आहे. लवकरच त्याची ऑर्डर जारी केली जाईल असं त्यांनी बोलताना म्हटलं आहे.
