खासदारकी रद्द झाल्यानंतर काँग्रेस नेते राहुल गांधी यांनी आपल्या लोकसभा मतदार संघात जोरदार शक्तीप्रदर्शन केले आहे. वायनाडमध्ये आपल्या लोकसभा मतदार संघात राहुल गांधी यांनी रोड शो काढला होता. या रोडशोला काँग्रेस कार्यकर्त्यांनी मोठ्या प्रमाणावर उपस्थिती लावली. यावेळी राहुल गांधी यांच्या सोबत काँग्रेस सरचिटणीस प्रियंका गांधी यांनी देखील या रोड शोमध्ये सहभाग घेतला होता.
