अमेठी लोकसभा मतदारसंघातून केंद्रीय मंत्री स्मृती इराणींचा पराभव झाला आहे. अमेठीत काँग्रेसचे उमेदवार किशोरी लाल शर्मा विजयी झाले आहे. किशोरी लाल शर्मा यांनी इराणी यांचा 1,18,471 इतक्या मतधिक्यांनी पराभव केला आहे. 2019 च्या निव़णूकीत स्मृती इराणी यांनी या मतदार संघातून काँग्रेसचे नेते राहुल गांधी यांचा पराभव केला होता.
