लोकसभेच्या निर्णयाविरोधात TMC नेत्या महुआ मोईत्रा यांनी सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात धाव घेतली आहे.
संसदेत पैसे घेऊन प्रश्न विचारल्याप्रकरणी आचार समितीच्या शिफारशीच्या आधारे तृणमूल काँग्रेसच्या खासदार महुआ मोईत्रा यांची लोकसभा सदस्यत्वातून हकालपट्टी करण्यात आली. लोकसभेच्या निर्णयाविरोधात TMC नेत्या महुआ मोईत्रा यांनी सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात धाव घेतली आहे.
