भारत सरकारने निर्णय घेतला आहे की जीएसटी नेटवर्क PMLA कायद्याखाली आणले जाईल. आता ईडी जीएसटीशी संबंधित प्रकरणांमध्ये थेट हस्तक्षेप करू शकणार आहे. जीएसटी नेटवर्कचा संपूर्ण डेटा ईडी सोबत शेअर केला जाऊ शकतो. जीएसटीमध्ये चुका करणाऱ्या व्यापारी, व्यावसायिक किंवा फर्मवर ईडी कारवाई करू शकेल.
