आदित्य एल 1 कडून Scientific Data गोळा करण्यास सुरूवात झाली असल्याची महिती इस्त्रो कडून देण्यात आली आहे. STEPS उपकरणाच्या सेन्सर्सने पृथ्वीपासून 50,000 किमी पेक्षा जास्त अंतरावरील supra-thermal आणि energetic ions आणि electrons मोजण्यास सुरुवात केली आहे. हा डेटा शास्त्रज्ञांना पृथ्वीभोवती असलेल्या कणांच्या बिहेव्हियरचे विश्लेषण करण्यास मदत करतो. एका युनिटद्वारे गोळा केलेल्या energetic particle environment च्या फिगर्सचा अभ्यास केला जात आहे.
