"अहमदाबादमध्ये झालेल्या एअर इंडियाच्या विमान अपघाताबद्दल एकूण धक्का बसला. माझ्या प्रार्थना सर्व पीडितांना आणि त्यांच्या कुटुंबियांसोबत आहेत." युसूफ पठाण यांनी लिहिले की, "अहमदाबाद विमानतळाजवळ एअरइंडियाचे विमान अहमदाबाद-लंडन जाताना झालेल्या घटनेबद्दल ऐकून खूप धक्का बसला. सर्व प्रवासी आणि क्रूच्या सुरक्षिततेसाठी प्रार्थना करतो."
