Zomato Customer Finds Sharp Object in Food: झोमॅटोच्या ग्राहकाला खाण्यात धारदार वस्तू आढळल्याची घटना समोर आली आहे. लोकांच्या जीवाशी खेळणे योग्य नाही अशी टीका ग्राहकाने लिंक्डइनवर केली आहे. त्याचे फोटो व्हायरल झाले आहेत. 9 जुलै रोजी घटना समोर आली. निराश झालेला ग्राहक करण आर्यनने झोमॅटोवर टीका करताना लिहिले की, "लोकांच्या जीवाशी खेळणे चांगले नाही". झोमॅटोचे कस्टमर केअर एक्झिक्युटिव्ह त्यांच्या चिंतेचे निराकरण करण्यात कसे अयशस्वी ठरले? तक्रा केली असता वारंवार "कॉपी-पेस्ट" प्रतिसाद दिले जातायत. विशेष म्हणजे परतावा देण्यास नकार दिला जातोय. आर्यन यांनी तक्रार दाखल केल्यानंतर कस्टमर केअर एक्झिक्युटिव्हने माफी मागितली.
