Narendra Dabholkar Murder Case: डॉ.नरेंद्र दाभोलकर हत्याकांड प्रकरणी 5 जणांविरोधात पुणे न्यायालयात आरोप निश्चित; पुढील सुनवाणी 30 सप्टेंबरला

नरेंद्र दाभोलकर हत्याकांड प्रकरणी 5 जणांविरोधात पुणे न्यायालयात आरोप निश्चिती झाली आहे. यामध्ये  Sharad Kalakar, Sachin Andure यांना आता पुण्याच्या येरवडा जेल मध्ये हलवण्याचे आदेश आहेत. आरोपींवर IPC sec 302 (murder), 120(b), 34 along with sec 16 of UAPA & sec 3(25), 27(1), 27(3) of Arms Act लावण्यात आले आहेत. तर आरोपी Sanjeev Punalekar वर कलम sec 201 IPC लावण्यात आले आहे.

Next hearing on 30 Sept. All five accused pleaded not guilty in the case. Court has also directed that the two accused Sharad Kalakar and Sachin Andure, lodged in Arthur Road Jail and Harsul Jail of Aurangabad respectively, to be shifted to Yerawada Central Prison in Pune.
