मालवणी मालाड इमारत दुर्घटनेत मालक आणि ठेकेदारावर IPC कलमांतर्गत गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आल्याची माहिती सहपोलिस आयुक्त विश्वास नांगरे पाटील यांनी दिली आहे.

मुंबई पुलिस इमारत के मालिक और ठेकेदार के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 304(2)(गैर इरादतन हत्या) में मामला दर्ज करेगी। उन्होंने हाल ही में चक्रवात ताऊते के बाद इमारत में कुछ बदलाव किए थे: मुंबई में इमारत ढहने की घटना पर विश्वास नांगरे पाटिल, संयुक्त सीपी(कानून और व्यवस्था)
