कर्नाटक विधानसभा निवडणूकीमध्ये 'बजरंग बली' देखील प्रचारामध्ये महत्त्वाचा मुद्दा ठरला होता. पण कर्नाटकवासियांनी सत्ताबदलाची परंपरा कायम ठेवत भाजपाच्या हातातील सत्ता कॉंग्रेसच्या हातात नेऊन ठेवली. दरम्यान या निवडणूक निकालानंतर कर्नाटकात कॉंग्रेस कार्यकर्त्यांमध्ये स्फुरण चढले आहे. पण त्या सोबतीने महाराष्ट्रातही कॉंग्रेस नेत्यांनी सेलिब्रेशन केले आहे. मुंबई मध्ये अंधेरी परिसरामध्ये भाई जगताप, संजय निरूपम यांच्यासह कॉंग्रेस नेत्यांनी हनुमान चालीसा चे पठण केले आहे.
