Delhi Excise Policy Case: दिल्लीतील कथित दारू घोटाळा प्रकरणात मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल (Arvind Kejriwal) यांना शनिवारी न्यायालयाकडून मोठा दिलासा मिळाला आहे. राऊस एव्हेन्यू कोर्टाने केजरीवाल यांचा जामीन अर्ज स्वीकारला असून त्यांना जामीन मंजूर केला आहे. न्यायालयाने मुख्यमंत्री केजरीवाल यांना 15 हजार रुपयांच्या जातमुचलक्यावर जामीन मंजूर केला आहे. यापूर्वी याच प्रकरणात अंमलबजावणी संचालनालयाच्या वतीने केजरीवाल यांना 8 वेळा हजर राहण्यासाठी समन्स बजावण्यात आले होते. मात्र, केजरीवाल एकदाही हजर झाले नाहीत. हे प्रकरण आता न्यायालयात सुरू आहे.
