आरोपपत्रामध्ये केंद्रीय गृह राज्यमंत्री अजय मिश्रा टेनी यांचा मुलगा आशिष मिश्रा टेनीसह नातेवाईक वीरेंद्र कुमार शुक्लाचे नावही जोडले गेले आहे. वीरेंद्र कुमार शुक्ला यांच्यावर कलम 201 अंतर्गत पुरावे नष्ट करण्याचा आरोप दाखल करण्यात आला आहे.
