कीवच्या पूर्वेकडील अभयारण्यातून सहा सिंह, सहा वाघ, दोन कॅराकल आणि एक आफ्रिकन जंगली कुत्रा या प्राण्यांना रशियन आक्रमणापासून वाचण्यासाठी दोन दिवसांच्या मोहिमेनंतर गुरुवारी प्राण्यांना घेऊन ट्रक पोलंडला पोहोचला, असे पोलिश प्राणीसंग्रहालयाच्या अधिकाऱ्याने सांगितले. अहवालानुसार, अभयारण्याच्या मालकाने पश्चिम पोलंडमधील पॉझनान प्राणीसंग्रहालयाकडून प्राण्यांना सुरक्षित ठिकाणी आणण्यासाठी मदत मागितली होती.
