18% GST On Rent: घर भाड्यावर 18% GST लागू होणार असल्याची बाब पूर्णपणे खोटी, सरकारकडून अधिकृत स्पष्टीकरण जारी
सरकारनं भाड्याच्या घरावर कोणत्याही प्रकारचा जीएसटी जाहीर केलेला नाही, असं सरकारनं स्पष्ट केलं आहे.
एखाद्या व्यक्तीनं निवासी मालमत्ता (Residential Property) भाड्यानं घेतली आणि ती व्यावसायिक वापरासाठी (Commercial Use) वापरली, तर अशा परिस्थितीत त्या व्यक्तीला 18 टक्के जीएसटी (GST on Rent) भरावा लागेल, अशा आशयाची ती पोस्ट (Post) गेल्या काही दिवसांपासून सोशल मिडीयावर (Social Media) जोरदार व्हायरल (Viral) होताना दिसत आहे. तरी ही बातमी पूर्णपणे खोटी असल्याचं सरकारच्या वतीनं स्पष्ट करण्यात आलं आहे. सरकारनं भाड्याच्या घरावर कोणत्याही प्रकारचा जीएसटी (GST) जाहीर केलेला नाही, असं सरकारनं स्पष्ट केलं आहे.
