ओडिशा येथे झालेल्या रेल्वे अपघातावर राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेसच्या खासदार सुप्रिया सुळे यांनी प्रतिक्रिया दिली आहे. अत्यंत वेदानादायी सकाळ, अशा शब्दात सुप्रिया सुळे यांनी आपल्या भावना व्यक्त केल्या आहेत. आज सकाळी एका अत्यंत दुर्दैवी रेल्वे अपघातात आपण अनेकांना गमावले. मी रेल्वे आणि राज्य प्राधिकरणांना दुखावलेल्या प्रत्येक व्यक्तीला मदत करण्याची विनंती करेन... हा अपघात का झाला हे शोधण्यासाठी मी रेल्वे मंत्रालय आणि भारत सरकारला उच्चाधिकार समिती स्थापन करण्याची विनंती करेन, असे सुप्रिया सुळे म्हणाल्या.
