शाळेने दिलेले मॅट्रिक प्रमाणपत्र हे जन्मतारीख निश्चित करण्यासाठी पुरेसा कायदेशीर पुरावा म्हणून मान्यताप्राप्त आहे. जेथे असे प्रमाणपत्र चुकीचे सिद्ध झाले नाही तेथे डीएनए चाचणी आवश्यक नाही, असे न्यायालयाने म्हटले आहे.
