Tripura: कुमारघाट येथे जगन्नाथ रथयात्रेदरम्यान मोठी दुर्घटना; विजेचा धक्का बसून 6 जणांचा मृत्यू, 15 जखमी

त्रिपुराच्या कुमारघाटमध्ये भगवान जगन्नाथच्या 'उलटा रथयात्रा' उत्सवादरम्यान एक धक्कादायक घटना घडली. या ठिकाणी हा रथ एका हाय-टेन्शन वायरच्या संपर्कात आला, परिणामी भीषण आग लागली. हा अपघात दुपारी 4.30 च्या सुमारास झाला, ज्यात सहा जणांचा मृत्यू झाला आणि 15 जण जखमी झाले आहेत. पोलिसांनी याबाबत माहिती दिली. अहवालानुसार, हा उत्सव रथयात्रेच्या एका आठवड्यानंतर, भगवान बलदेव, देवी सुभद्रा आणि भगवान जगन्नाथ यांच्या घरी परतण्याचे प्रतीक आहे. या जल्लोषाच्या वातावरणात, लोखंडापासून तयार केलेला 'रथ' ओढण्यासाठी मोठ्या प्रमाणावर लोक सहभागी झाले होते. दुर्दैवाने, मिरवणुकीदरम्यान, 'रथ' अनावधानाने ओव्हरहेड केबलच्या संपर्कात आल्याने विजेचा धक्का लागून अनेक लोकांचा मृत्यू झाला. सध्या जखमींवर उपचार सुरु आहेत. मुख्यमंत्री माणिक साहा यांनी या घटनेबद्दल शोक व्यक्त केला आहे. In a tragic incident, several devotees have lost their lives & some other people sustained injuries due to electrocution during Ulta Rath Yatra at Kumarghat today.
